1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of OT Ontario Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

OT Ontario Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, retaining walls, patios, stone veneer installation, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free on-site consultations and estimates. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time before work begins with written notice. If materials have been ordered or work has commenced, you will be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Any deposits for completed work are non-refundable.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, or improper maintenance after project completion.

7. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. We will take precautions to protect your property, but you are responsible for moving valuable or fragile items away from the work area. We maintain liability insurance, but we recommend you check with your homeowners insurance regarding coverage during construction.

8. Changes to Project Scope

Any changes to the agreed-upon project scope must be authorized in writing. Additional work will be billed separately and may affect the project timeline. We will provide you with a revised estimate before proceeding with any changes.

9. Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for your project where required. You are responsible for ensuring any homeowners association approvals are obtained before work begins. We comply with all local building codes and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, in accordance with California law.

12. Website Use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website without notice. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in website content.

13. Changes to Terms
